This Addendum supplements the Policy for U.S. residents where state laws (e.g., California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia) grant specific rights.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site, except limited work-related data a candidate may voluntarily provide (e.g., diversity or disability information) where allowed by law and used only for permitted purposes.
